Meet the Mentor

Hi , I’m. A.J. I will be one of your Mentors.

Every man carries battles no one else sees.

From age 5 to age 12, I was sexually abused by two different men. The shame I carried made me feel weak. I was terrified other men would judge me and see me as gay or broken. I lived with the constant fear others could somehow sense the agony and self-loathing I harbored inside. I believed they would ridicule me and validate all my deepest anxieties. Every day I felt unworthy of happiness, trapped in a prison of shame.

But then, God revealed a path to healing. He demonstrated to me that my wounds do not define me. I am a man's man. I bear hunt, own a 4-wheel drive, and hold a fifth dan in Kenpo Karate. Even in my 50s, I still bench press over 400 pounds. I am strong, resilient, and worthy.

 

Such strength is not therapy. This is brotherhood.
This community is where broken men rise, where silence is shattered, and where shame turns into strength.

 

I am here to mentor you—not as someone above you, but as a brother beside you. Together, we will build men of courage, honor, and unshakable spirit.

My promise to you. From this day forward I will help you acquire the courage to face your demons and reclaim your identity. I will help you heal and live the life you deserve. You are a survivor, a warrior, a man. The champion spirit lives within!
